Frequently asked questions
How do I get from the hotel to Messe München?
Take the U6 from Studentenstadt (about 8 minutes on foot from the hotel) towards the city centre to Sendlinger Tor and change to the U2 towards Messestadt Ost. The stops Messestadt West and Messestadt Ost are right at the exhibition grounds and the ICM. Allow about 45 to 50 minutes door to door. By car, the A9 motorway is 0.6 km away.
What time is breakfast?
Monday to Friday from 6 to 10 am, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7:30 to 10:30 am. The breakfast buffet is not included in every rate and can be added.
I will arrive late in the evening. Is that a problem?
No. Check-in starts at 3 pm. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday from 6 am to 11 pm and at weekends from 7 am to 12 noon and from 5 to 10 pm. Outside these hours you check in at the terminal with an access code.
Can the invoice be made out to my company?
Yes. Please give your company name and billing address when booking or at the latest at check-in.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking at the hotel, subject to availability. If you travel with a van or trailer, please mention it in your request.
From how many rooms is a group request worthwhile?
From five rooms. Send us the prepared email with the fair, travel dates and number of rooms, and you will receive an individual offer.
What are the cancellation terms?
For bookings on hotel-bb.com the terms of the selected rate apply. For groups the terms in our offer apply.
When should I book?
As soon as your trade fair dates are fixed. Munich usually fills up early for major fairs.
